she had never seen either. let me just say it was a night of tears. two beautiful films.
De Sica is amazing.

have you seen The Bicycle Thief?

I have not. Of those, the only film I have seen is There Will Be Blood.
You've never seen Patton??? :o

And I though I was behind on well known classics! :P

The Thin Man
There Will Be Blood
Nashville
Wondrous Oblivion

Yeah, that one doesn't quite fit in with the others, but I really need to get it watched this weekend.

I'm trying to watch all films that are mentioned in the essays we're reading in film class... so I need to get to
Sunset Blvd and On the Waterfront this weekend... plus I want to watch Gosford Park and TWBB this weekend too... blah stupid homework.
It's like I've waited my whole life, for this one night.  It's gon' be me you and the dance floor.  We've only got one night.  Double your pleasure, double your fun.  And dance forever.

Well, I'll probably get to both this weekend. If I had to watch only one...

NBK feels like more of a Friday night film, EWS more Saturday night.
