i don't know if 'heavy' is the term i'd use for GW.  it deals with big things, but not in the sob-inducing way. maybe 'breathy'? i can certainly understand falling asleep to it though

i reckon i was about an hour in, and much of what i'd experienced i was quite unimpressed with.  i had just begun getting sucked in and when i stopped the disc a wave of heaviness sunk in.  i didn't go back to it last night, and have no idea where it's going, so the heavy might have just been about that moment (and where i was at) and might be a poor descriptor for the film as a whole
But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.

Why do you keep using that word? Heavy? Is there something wrong with the Earth's gravitational pull in the future?

Okay... Strike Wall-E off the list. Decided on a whim after the immediate strong response to go catch this after work.
So, the following are still up for grabs for anyone who has yet to voice an opinion:

Get Smart
Hellboy 2: The Golden Army
Mamma Mia!
Star Wars: The Clone Wars
Wall-E
You Don't Mess With The Zohan

Thanks to everyone who pushed me towards Wall-E - I adored it and I'm so glad I caught it in the cinema.
