Does anyone know which version of Mr. Arkadin is the one I'll want to watch?

The one in which Welles has the biggest beard.

But seriously, there are three versions: Corinth Version, Confidential Report Version and Comprehensive Version. Does anyone know anything about them?

edit: actually, comprehensive sounds about right.

The Corinth version.  On the Criterion disc it's the one with the Rosenbaum and Naremore commentary.

Always so helpful.

I've actually seen Mr. Arkadin, and knew nothing of the different versions until your question. Just spent 5mins reading J. Hoberman's totally unhelpful but fascinating essay on the film. The version I saw was on TCM, I think. It was batshit crazy, if that helps.

This seems to be what you need.

I had the same question a year or so ago.  I looked around for advice and eventually went the 105 minute "comprehensive version."  I can't say for sure whether that was the right call, though.  The film didn't interest me enough to get me to watch the alternatives.

I feel the same way. Everyone who is not called Orson Welles is absolutely awful in it. Though that might be the point.
