I've actually heard nothing but good things about World's Greatest Dad, I suggest yous ee that one.

I just can't trust Robin Williams, regardless of word of mouth.

If I were to watch Brand Upon The Brain, which narration should I watch it with? I have the Criterion version, if that makes a difference.

IIRC, the Rossellini narration was the one used most often theatrically.

Haven't seen any, but I would be most inclined to see "The Bride Wore Black" because it's Truffaut.

Not sure if it's an option, but I really enjoyed Crispin Glover's narration.
