Of the two of those I lean more toward No Country....we'll see what happens.  I had to go into work today to get some stuff done before an audit; I didn't finish so I'm going to end up back at work again tomorrow for at least a while so this may be moot.

TWBB, No Country, and Atonement would definitely be good to see before the Oscars.  ;D Triple feature?  It'd be long, but sooo worth it.
It's like I've waited my whole life, for this one night.  It's gon' be me you and the dance floor.  We've only got one night.  Double your pleasure, double your fun.  And dance forever.

Welp, probably won't happen.  Gotta go into work again today and my honey swapped off days so I wouldn't be going alone and she's not much for the heavy drama/violence movies.  If we get to go it'll be Juno, which I've been saving to see with her cuz it sounds like something we'll both like.

But I'm taking the next 2 Fridays off to burn some of the comp time I've been accumulating, so there is an excellent chance of moviegoing over the next 2 weekends...

I will probably go see a movie tomorrow, and if it's by myself then the field is wide open.  So, of the current Oscar contenders, which should I prioritize trying to see before the Filmspots/Oscars:

Atonement
There Will be Blood
Michael Clayton
No Country for Old Men
Charlie Wilson's War
Taxi to the Dark Side
The Savages

Michael Clayton, though you can rent it, and Atonement are my favorites from that list, but I haven't seen the last three.
But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.

Ivan's Childhood or Cache?

Anything other than Cache.

I liked Cache, but Ivan's Childhood looks more intriguing to me right now.
