But for now we are young, let us lay in the sun, count every beautiful thing we can see...

I don't just have the best video ever I have one of the best things done by a breathing group of humans ever on the face of God's green earth (and it can not be argued)

Sabotage by the Beastie Boys.

I tried to think of videos that I think I love more than the songs.  Or videos that had such an impact on me that they turned me onto to the songs.

"Too Funky" George Michael
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDcUleR8mnk

"Digging in the Dirt" Peter Gabriel
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zc1uLytiAc4

"Thriller" Michael Jackson
(Please. Like you need a YouTube link.)

"Big Time Sensuality" Bjork (I could pick any Bjork video, but this is my favorite.)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lmUKzR9Kh-A

"Enjoy the Silence" Depeche Mode
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hd7y6A-5uTY
The cheesy black-and-white portions take away from it, but I just love the washed-out portions of Dave Gahan in a King costume walking across landscapes.

"Different Names for the Same Thing" Death Cab for Cutie (for anyone who was ever in high school or junior high band)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRsh2-JGIcE

"Fake Plastic Trees" Radiohead
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HeowFbvpu0U

"Little Bird" Annie Lennox (self-mockery at its best)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIIudD44o58

Lately, I'm really loving
"Parking Lot Nights" Ghosthustler

A few Radiohead mentions and no "Just"?  Best video ever!  (But I should watch some of those already mentioned.)
But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.

Just is great. I love the concept.
What? What are you talking about? It's girls and spaghetti. We love girls and spaghetti.

Every Michel Gondry video is pretty much amazing.

Star Guitar - The Chemical Brothers

The Hardest Button to Button - The White Stripes

Cellphone's Dead - Beck

Others...

D.A.N.C.E. - Justice

1234 - Feist
(I know it's overplayed like crazy (both song and video) but both song and video are great. Well, I think they are.)

But the amazingest "music video" of all is by Spike Jonze.

Da Funk - Daft Punk

It used to scare me when I was a kid... :-X
