The worst has past here. Finally above freezing so the snow is mostly melted off the roads. Been there since Monday afternoon. Went out to get groceries but due to weather basically shutting down the state supplies are obviously limited so we could only go in with a hand basket to get food. Did see a car just left crashed into a tree at the bottom of a hill like it had been there for a few days. That was pretty wild.
Latest in our city is now a issue to conserve water as it seems our water supply is pretty low and pipes that burst and then froze will now melt and cause leaks. We've already got plenty of bottled water stocked up anyways so we should be fine.
