I do have a good cheese shop nearby. Thanks for the suggestions.

I prefer both types of onion, depends on the day and meal. I've done bacon fat frying. I always expect there to be more of a subtle bacon flavor, but never find one.


Last night I made egg noodles and to flavor them up, I put them in a warm oven with a small mixture of butter, milk and pork chop drippings, just enough to coat. Turned out really great.

When someone comes flexin' on you with that new stove/oven, you know they are for real in the kitchen. Am wondering the utility of Wi-Fi on a stove. I plead ignorance on any issues of the kitchen.

My favourite curry dish loaded with lots of chilli and curry leaves. Not exactly sure the style though
