last night-- Challah, honey & apples, matzo ball soup, honey chicken cashew stir fry, Jewish apple cake for dessert (had to do my festive new years dinner a day early due to everyone else's schedule.)

Tonight--leftover matzo ball soup, leftover Jewish apple cake.

A 3-piece meal, 2 breasts & a wing + mac & cheese & mashed potatoes w/ gravy, 2 flour tortillas, 3 pico de gallo, and a medium coke at Pollo Loco.  With the $4.99 coupon, $5.29

Nice!  Gave my dog the wing and half a breast.  She loves chicken.

there's no nutritionist in the world that'll defend that one. Sarah Palin wouldn't defend that one.
