Not dinner, but I just made Ina's homemade caramel sauce. It's divine, and I can't wait to put it in my coffee tomorrow.

Naughty.
Tuna fillet sandwich and small helping of mashed potatoes.
Mashed potatoes and tuna filet sandwich sounds like either a two-days-before-payday meal or dude-i've-got-the-munchies-huh-huh meal.

In my case it's a "I have a lot of weight to lose for this next tournament so when I make my own food I make as little as possible, and stuff that isn't high in fat, calories, sodium or sugar" meal.

Hmmm, am about to start cooking the following:

- Roasted Yellow Pepper Soup with Serrano Cream
- Spanish Ham Croquetas

And for dessert:
Gianduja Chocolate - just by itself.

Still need to figure out what wine to open. Will post in the wine thread once I do.
