Seems as good a thread as any to say...

Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm making apple, in fact. With apples from my very own apple tree.

Baking Pies
I am baking pumpkin and pecan.

These. Not the same type, but these exact pies. Just don't tell ses and oad.

Well, since my mother chose not to make any Thanksgiving dinner this year because she and the old man have to take care of someone.

Me and the dog had McDonald's for Thanksgiving.  Me, the 10-piece Chicken McNuggets with medium fries and a McDouble for the dog sans pickles.  All for less than $6.  That's right, the poor man's Thanksgiving dinner.

And for the record, I think turkey is overrated!

Don't worry, I saved a slice of each especially for you.

But the McRib is back!  You could have had the best Thanksgiving ever!
