Saturday -  we had Baked Ziti
Sunday - Chicken breast stuffed w/ cheese, spinach, onions and mushrooms.  Side of Salad, and some home-made garlic and herb rice.
Monday - Mexican night -  Shredded pork tacos, refried beans, rice, and salsa

Tonight - wfie works.... so HOTDOG night... maybe I will make it fancy and have chilli with'em
