Salad and Chips

Since I believe you are from the UK, is that Chips as in Fish'nChips?  Or as in potato chips...

yeah Chips as in fishnchips but without the fish.

Baked chicken, lightly seasoned (Tony's+hotsauce etc)+beans, rice.

A small bit of the pie my sister baked me for no reason in particular. Now I feel all guilty about being the mean big brother for all those years.

Octopus and mussel stew, onion, fennel, mushrooms, pasata (Italian tomato sauce), dry white wine, garlic, rosemary and a bay leaf. My mouth is watering already.

Need to use a tuna steak. Thinking about being ~*~weird~*~ and having it over a rice pilaf with mushrooms, onion, and balsamic. Idkidk. Will play by ear/mouth.

It is a very tasty recipe. Sorry it was a very tasty recipe. Your tuna steak on rice pilaf sounds lovely. Tuna with rice is not weird.

Southwestern Salmon En Croute

It's a frozen entree from Trader Joe's (my favorite grocery store), Salmon with black beans, poblano peppers, and corn, all wrapped up in puff pastry.  It's in the oven now, I have high hopes for this one.
