Prune and walnut stuffed pork tenderloin, cauliflower and cheese sauce, peas, muchos beer and wine.
There's no deceit in the cauliflower.

That looks gorgeous, oad.

I marinated and grilled some salmon in garlic & a cherry balsamic vinaigrette. Then, I ate it over pasta with pineapple salsa. Seems like a lot of different flavors? But it was yummy? Uh... I have $8 until Friday. I'm just hoping not to run out of food entirely.

That does sound really yummy. Hope you don't run out of food either :( - I know what that feels like, unfortunately. Rice and beans?

When we have beans, potatoes, and carrots, and don't know what to do with them, we make hodge podge. So simple, but so good.
