Nothing. I can't think of what to cook any more. 30 years of being a veggie and my mind is a blank.

I quiet like TVP based taco's, or from Moosewood's Cook at Home try Peruvian Quinoa Stew (yum), a pine mushroom stew, cous-cous with sundried tomatoes and capers as a salad with a green salad and slab of fried tofu.

It does include dead stuff, but no creature dead stuff, hope it helps.

I just made almond and orange couscous, it went down like a treat.

All sounds good and it made me look for Moosewood on t'internet. Lots of other recipes popped up, so I will try:
Moosewood's Turkish Lentil & Spinach Soup
pseudo3D's almond and orange couscous sounds yummy too.
