What's for Dinner... and did you make enough for me
« on: November 07, 2007, 07:12:42 PM »
I'm thinking of making steak salad for dinner, but so far I'm still at work. :( Of course this hasn't stopped me from snacking on the leftover veggie stir fry from lunch.

What about you?

Steak salad sounds good - wish I had some steak.

I'm making Trader Joe's Chicken Teriyaki stir-fry, which is fine, but a little too monotonous for my family who's getting tired of Trader Joe's cookin' and wants some good home cookin'

I love you, lise! :)

I cooked early tonight because I had to come back to campus and otherwise I wouldn't get ot eat with my family.  I made braised chicken thighs with penne tossed in butter and herbs.  It was really scrumptuous!

Sounds amazing saltine! I used to live in South Africa and ate lots of food like that.

Hey Oneaprilday...try the Trader Joe's Gnocchi with their turkey meatballs and some steamed broccoli. You can do it all in one big pan and kids love it.  At least mine say they do.

I'm hoping to go out for french onion soup tonight.  last night i had indian, out again.  haven't been spending time making much at home lately, though i did make bread this past weekend - yummy and theraputic!  (there would have been enough bread for you, except i shared it with others instead:)
