One of Sheffield's gifts to the world is Henderson's relish. It's awesome on cornish pasties with beans/mushy peas and thick cut chips.

Behold the fattie! This was our reward for working hard all day.

The one on the right was (from the middle out), cheddar cheese stuffed in a zuchini, surrounded by pepperjack cheese, within a layer of sausage, wrapped in bacon.

The left one was similar but with an Italian blend of ingredients in the center (pictured).

And then slow-cooked in the smoker for three and a half hours.

I was skeptical, but that Italian one is probably the best thing I've eaten this year.

Probably some steamed vegetables and a microwave burrito. Again. Finals!
