Eggplant TrattoriaIt set very nicely and the smell was heavenly. I topped it with my Chunky Sweet Pomodoro sauce.
What a ridiculous amount of prep work to make this. It was really, really good, but I doubt I'll ever go through another 3 hours of preparation again. Thank God my wife was at work while I was making it, the kitchen was a disaster area. I just finished prepping it and getting it into the oven about 15 minutes before she got home. I already had half of the mess cleaned up.
