Twice cooked pork "noodles"



There is no actual noodles but noodle like strips of Zucchini that have been stir fried.  next time, not quite as much bell peppers and more mushrooms

It is coming up with the zoodles that I don't like. But then I found I can buy then in Tesco.  But you gave me another idea, there must be a device to make them if/when I am not near a Tesco

Look for spiralizers to make 'spaghetti/noodles' from vegetables.
