What a coincidence, I'm planning to make shepherd's pie next week. I've started cutting a lot of corners in mine, though (including using *gasp* instant potatoes).

Had to look that one up, bread stuffed with pasta...  I so hard try to limit carbs, bread/wheat products especially but I want to try that once.

I can eat duck almost as much as chicken out here. Roasted duck rice is almost at almost any food court or centre. But best would to have proper Peking duck
