Honestly I don't normally get emotional about famous actors dying. But this is different. There was something about his acting that made him feel... true and honest, I guess. It felt as if you somehow knew him.
I'm genuinely sad.

I'm genuinely sad.

I know.  I am surprised at my initial reaction when I saw the news-- I gasped in horror.  I don't react that way to "celebrity" deaths.  But PSH always seemed more real to me, and his characters are all of a type-- a depressive, struggling person.   I know, he's an actor, a really good one, but so good that I felt I knew him.
