Barry Morse, 89; played Lt. Gerard on 'The Fugitive'

   Barry Morse (1918 - 2008)

It'd be great if A&E or TV Land or someone would put together a marathon of the thirty-seven episodes of The Fugitive featuring Lt. Philip Gerard.

Wow, 75!  I would have guessed he was in his early to mid 60s...

I didn't hear about this one until today, but it happened last week- poster artist John Alvin passed away. This guy did some of cinema's most iconic posters. There's a link on the page to some of his work.

I just watched Jaws again a couple weeks ago, and I remember thinking about how great Roy Scheider was in that movie, even with Robert Shaw getting most of the spotlight. Loved him in The French Connection too, he was the perfect contrast to Gene Hackman.
