Yeah, not to drain Who's Online of all this romanticism, but most Guests aren't real users.  Rather, they're automated web crawlers blindly following links so that Google, MSN, and other search engines know what pages exist around the web, pages like these:

The bots follow the links to "Print" just like any other, and it shows up on Who's Online accordingly.  (That being said, the "Print" option is sometimes nice for viewing a multi-page thread all on one screen.)

"Unknown Action" and "Nothing, or Nothing You Can See..." (for known users) are usually related to modifying/deleting a post and various administrator actions.
