I don't know, that was certainly all the spin yesterday but apparently today in the press briefing the press secretary said it isn't.

It will really piss me off if they kill it.  That's a platform Obama got elected on dammit.  People wanted it and they voted for it.  If they wanted to "let the free market take care of it" they would have voted for McCain.

God I wish the Dems would grow a pair.
