The term "liberal" has generally been basterdized.

You haven't used a single fact

Bush was, at least partly, responsible for two failed wars, which cost 1.6 trillion dollars, the biggest debt and deficit in US history, the first recession in 30 years, the lose of millions of jobs, death of hundreds of thousands of people, and a near total destruction of several parts of the US constitution.

I just searched for this quote and find nowhere that Moore made this claim.

I am done arguing with you. You appear to be unable to have a rational discussion based on more than personal belief.

That's not fact, that using comparative analysis to try and somehow argue that it's okay to call someone a Nazi in one situation and not in another. Here's a newsflash for you, the Nazi argument is always in bad taste and is never an apt statement, or a correct one. Taking it a step further by trying to rationalize the usage of the Nazi comparison only shows your true colors and that you lack any ability to be objective in any political discussion. I could, if I wanted to, list tons of facts about the things that Margaret Thatcher did as a PM that would fit the Nazi label, but to do would be both childish and woefully inept political analysis. So continue using comparative analysis to justify one way Nazi labeling, tells me all I need to know about you.

Too true.  Here it's a mostly pejorative label slapped on Repub. Senator Olympia Snowe on leftward til you get to Obama (who is very slightly to the left of what was onve considered the center.  Here it gets confusing; from Obama leftward to about Dennis Kucinich and Michael Moore are variously labeled Socialist, Communist, Fascist and Nazi despite the fact that the first two political philosophies are bitterly opposed to each other.  That's probably because most of the people doing the namecalling have a tenuous grip on historical knowledge and next to none at all of any other political system in the world or what an actual conservative to liberal spectrum looks like.  Beyond that are the moonbats, freaks and nutjobs whose thoughts and opinions and conspiracy theories are rightly ignored by the mainstream press, despite taking the equally nutty from the right side seriously and offering uncritical puBlicity for thei views no matter how insane.

I find it ironic that Republicans such as Teddy Roosevelt, Robert Lafollette and even Dwight Eisenhower would have their views called "socialist" or "communist" and would be drummed out of the party.

It's also been bastardized in Canada, but in the US it is incredibly unfortunate. Today the view most close to the original meaning of liberal are Libertarians. That's where you get people like Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

I agree this [calling someone a nazi] was moronic as well.

So true. Even their patron saint Reagan would not be conservative enough to lead the current republican party.

All well and good if you didn't then go and attempt a comparative analysis wherein you stated it was more justifiable to call person A a Nazi over person B. You created your own dung heap when you tried to justify anyone using the Nazi moniker.
