Back to the future is coming to the house. Now to prove it is not better then Die Hard.
I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.

Watch it and you'll see how easy that is to prove.

I've never seen either fully. I've never seen all these huge films. Never seen a Star Wars or a Jurassic Park or an Indiana Jones...stupid child of the 90s what good series do I have? I gotta get on some 'classics'.

I do. I really do. I have to put up with this wanna-be netflix clone with long waiting times and giant holes in their library. Ugh.
Because of this I live my movie life through Ubergeekygirl. I tweak her netflix queue, add movies, rearrange the order to create the perfect menu - a little bit of this, a little bit of that and as the grand finale a slasher for dessert. - Hey, she asked me to take care of her queue.

My 'netflix' queue looks like this:
At home:
    - House of Wax (1953)
    - Twilight (2008)
    - The Oblong Box (1969)
    - Pit and the Pendulum (1961)

1. Gomorra (2008)
2. Boa vs. Python: Duel of the Killer Snakes (2004)
3. Drag Me to Hell (2009)
4. War of the Worlds (2005)
5. War of the Worlds 2: The Next Wave (2008)
6. Bad Lieutenant (1992)
7. Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (2006)
8. Serpico (1973)
9. Funny Bones (1995)
10. Tsotsi: Special Edition (2005)

Some of these movies have long waiting times. Gomorra has been on top of my list for almost 2 months now and I can't see getting Drag Me to Hell anytime soon. Ugh.

I have never delved into the dark void that is Netflix; however, this bit of news may change that:

In an official press release, Sony and Netflix announced that they are partnering to make Netflix movies and TV shows available on the Playstation 3 console next month. Combating the already established Netflix-XBOX360 partnership, Sony can continue its slogan of “it only does everything”, by now adding Netflix streaming to the campaign.

Since the creation of the Playstation 3, Sony has always stressed that they want the system to be the centerpiece of entertainment, reaching far beyond being a gaming machine. President and CEO of SCEA reiterated that thought in the press release, explaining that “Whether you want to watch content on Blu-ray disc and DVD, download it from the PlayStation Network's video delivery service, or stream videos instantly from Netflix, the PS3 system is the only solution that offers it all."

Technically speaking, those that opt for this service will have to request a free “streaming disc” that can be requested at www.netflix.com/ps3. This disc will allow users to access the Netflix interface via the Playstation 3, although it seems likely that this feature will be eventually supplanted by a system upgrade that eliminates the need for such disc. Regardless, the disc is free and will be shipped approximately one business day after the request is made.

Netflix streaming will be free on the Playstation 3 for Netflix users. If you don’t have an account yet, $8.99 a month is looking like a better deal every day.
