Really would love to see some more Last Dragon entries. Come on, have we cultivated this much of a movie snob audience? :)

Here's my dream cast for a remake as posted on Spout:

Quote
Now... hear me out....

"Leroy Green" played by Cuba Gooding Jr. (Radio)

"Laura Charles" played by Rosario Dawson (Clerks 2)

"Eddie Arkadian" played by Jason Alexander (Shallow Hal)

"Sho’Nuff" played by Charlie Murphy (CB4)

"Angela Viracco" played by Drew Barrymore (Charlie's Angels)

"Richie Green" played by Marcus Carl Franklin (I'm Not There)

"Daddy Green" played by John Witherspoon (Friday)

"Johnny Yu" played by Leonardo Nam (The Perfect Score)

I went with who I could honestly see in each role, as opposed to a farcical casting list.  :)

Charlie Hunam is my vote for an upcoming actor. and Adam, i can't believe you didn't like "Green Street Hooligans", that was a great picture with great acting, and cool fight scenes. more than anything it was about brotherhood. In this case it was more like a gang. but overall, pure entertainment.

also, Charlie Hunam was in Children Of Men as the dreaded man with the bad breath and also the one EDITED - SPOILER

Hunnam was great in the TV show "Undeclared". What an awesome show that was. Hunnam, Jay Baruschel, Seth Rogen, Judd Apatow's writing.  Stupid Fox canceled it way too early.

Are you pushing me to do it even though I've never seen the movie?

I can't see Channing Tatum and Ellen Page anywhere close to being on the same level notoriety-wise.
True.  I think Tatum is a bigger star.

I suppose it wouldn't surprise you if I said I disagreed.

I would have to say that Ellen Page is easily the bigger name now.  I mean truly without question...after Juno there is no possible way that Channing Tatum is the bigger or more well known star.

And as far as debating who was the bigger star before Juno, that is a hair splitting discussion that I see no real resolution to.

The argument would become a battle of their previous movies.  A battle of Step Up and She's the Man vs. Hard Candy and X-Men 3.

I think you'd be hard pressed to find a single person on these boards or otherwise that have actually seen all 4 of those movies and could in any way assess who was the bigger "star."
