Just watched Skiptrace (2016) with Jackie Chan and Johnny Knoxville. It was ok, fun romp (it's Jackie Chan so no real surprise there). Of note is this was the first of 3 films in a row that Harlin did in China (his next one due out is a Finnish production).

Rankings are:

Very Good
The Long Kiss Goodnight
Die Hard 2

Enjoyable
The Adventures of Ford Fairlane
Cliffhanger
Cutthroat Island
Skiptrace

12 Rounds (2009)

If you're trying to introduce a new action hero you might want to give him some bad ass moments. John Cena seems game, but the script is so hopelessly bland there isn't a single cool or funny line. He comes off as too much of a softy in the PG-13 time filler. The direction aggressively edited with a constantly caffeinated camera to hide the uninspired stuntwork. It's Aidan Gillen who gets to steal the film as the bad guy. Even the New Orleans location filming seems generic.
