Robert Bresson marathon

Hey, does anyone think that a Robert Bresson would garner any kind of fanbase. I just started exploring his work and find his technique of using as little as possible rather interesting. He does succeed in telling quite emotionally charged films in rather simple ways (no exagerated cinematic techniques in editing or music scores).
I've only see Diary of a country Priest so far and will soon see A Gentle Women, but I have a good feeling about this guy.

Adam's being trying to do a Bresson/Rohmer marathon for a year and a half or so. It keeps getting pushed back.

I hope it comes to fruitation soon, although I can understand perhaps the need to go a little more 'mainstream' for the next marathon.

YUM!
Au hasard Balthazar
is sometimes my favorite flick,
Pickpocket, L'Argent, Diary of a Country Priest, and A Man Escaped
are also hott! (I think that's all I've seen of his.)

But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.

I would totally be down for that...I was excited when it was proposed a while back.
I've seen a number of his...but would add Mouchette and Lancelot du' Lac as also very good.
I am a sucker for his sound/editing techniques...bring it on!
