I can feel the hate. I would just like to say that the people who don't vote for Alien3 are crazy. But not as crazy as Alex. Nobody is that crazy.

19 hours left to get in ballots.

I'll let everyone know about the very end of the process. At 8PM tomorrow, we'll have our final ballot standings. All films that pass the cut for getting in are automatically in. There will then be a group of "fringe" films. These films will be both the films that just barely missed the cut plus the films that extremely few people have seen and of those people no one has been passionately against. These "fringe" films will be posted here and each person who turned in a ballot will have the option of PM me or pixote (or both if you're paranoid) with the single "fringe" film that you'd like to resurrect and have survive into the competition.

After all the resurrected films are added in the matchups will be compiled and sent out to people to get started.

If we end up with an odd number of films, after everyone gets done resurrecting films, we'll post a poll for the remaining films to pick one more to make it even.

Resurrection choices can be sent in as soon as we post the list and the deadline for those is 8PM EST Wednesday. By 9PM Wednesday, you should all have your matchups. Thanks for everyone making this enormous project possible.

Too late to add to the list? Are co-productions w/ the US allowed?

Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead (US/UK)
To Die For (US/UK)

faceboy's not around apparently, so I'm going to jump in and say yes.

If you've already voted and you've seen To Die For or Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, please message me to let me now what category they belong in on your ballot.

I wish this forum automatically saved sent messages somewhere. I have no idea where (if?) I put Forest Gump. :O

I don't know if this has been brought up or not, but what about all the movies that were already kicked out that might have won if they were pitted up against some of these movies we are throwing into the mix.  How does that play (or maybe it doesn't at all) into this new system?
