Best, but could not vote for Twin Peak the pilot episode, I was very fortunate to see it at the cinema (it was filmed on 35mm), so it feels like a film to me. Voted for Blue Velvet. Worst Inland Empire.

I will never have a viewing experience quite like when I saw Blue Velvet. That's enough for it to garner my vote.
I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.

Having just watched Mulholland Dr for the first time in 9 years, it's shot up from my #5 to #2.  What a great movie.

I have read no less than 5 books on David Lynch, I own 3-4 of his art books, I proclaim him one of my top 5 directors, I worship the man.  The day he dies (no, please no) I will go into a deep depression.  In one of the world's great ironies, notice which film is not on my list - because I have never seen it.  I like Woody Allen too and I have yet to see...Annie Hall.

1 Mulholland Drive
2 Blue Velvet
3 Twin Peaks: FWWM
4 Inland Empire
5 Wild at Heart
6 Lost Highway
7 The Elephant Man
8 The Straight Story
9 Dune
