I think I am the only person on earth who actually liked T1 more than T2.
I’ve lied to men who wear belts. I’ve lied to men who wear suspenders. But I’d never be so stupid as to lie to a man who wears both a belt and suspenders.

Yeah totaly.  I chose Aliens also, but T1 feels like this action/horror/sci-fi mix (jus tlike Aliens) while T2 is just a big dumb action movie (though the best big dumb action movie ever made).

I voted for The Terminator. If the first hadn't been successful, there never would have been the brilliant sequel, as well as a James Cameron Aliens (if you check out the special features on the Aliens dvd you'll know what I mean).

Besides, I think The Terminator has a great science fiction tone to it. And that first scene in which we see those skeleton-robots? chilling

I terms of scope, yeah Aliens probably beats them all. I think however that this is a case in which the director's initial outing really paved the way for all the great stuff that came afterwards.

Aliens is above everything else on that list...... that movie did so much... proved that a sequel could be something differrent and better then the original..... showed that a women could play a mans role..... shows us today, that sometimes quality TLC in props and makeup can be better then CGI (looking at you "I am Legend")...... the movie is a non stop addreline pumping ride, that leaves you exhausted at the end....

plus it doesn't hurt that I grew up with that movie... I watched it every week from the age of 8 till I was 15....

Aliens is the best action movie ever made in my honest opinion.  His new movie Avatar looks like the most ambitious thing ever commited to celluloid.

i don't think it's gonna be celluloid.

Feel like an old man here

.....When I was young, movies were made on magical tape, celluloid we called it.   And we didnt have any of them fancy new C G I's no sir, we used puppets and robots and migits in rubber suites we did.  And we didnt have them C P U's either, I tell you what, we drew cartoon with our bare hands, the good old fashioned way.  Now let me tell you how we kicked the butts of those Canadians in WWII...

Aliens

Probably the best sequel ever made. But then again I haven't seen Godfather Part 2 yet!

Yeah. Who hasn't seen Godfather Part II? Also, Aliens sucks.

I voted for T2.
