Off the top of my head maybe Top 5 franchises (in the heat of the franchise movie season)

Top 5 Pre-July Award winners

Top 5 movies based on animated source material (Comics, cartoons, video games, etc.)

Top 5 movies that make guys cry (cause nothing says summer like man tears!)

That one would be alot of fun, although I couldn't see Matty and Adam doing it justice, they just dont seem to be into those kinds of films or thier sources...

not a Bad thing mind you, just not their cup of tea methinks.

Another super meta idea:

Top 5 Rags to Riches?

I can't actually think of a movie that would qualify.... Maybe that's not a good one.

edit: ok, Rocky, Aladdin, Godfather.... guess there's a bunch.

Brewsters Millions
Trading Places
Life Stinks (actually the reverse)

three solid 80s films that immediately come to mind.

How about something that tie's in with Standard Operating Procedure?  Recent choices were pretty tame, do something that will generate lots of discussion and hate mail.

Top 5 POW would be good (Deer Hunter, Bridge to River Kwai)

Top 5 movies about terror and counterinsugency (Battle of Algiers, and the timeless Red Dawn)

Top 5 political films would also be fascinating (So many to chose from)

Sky is the limit.

I’ve lied to men who wear belts. I’ve lied to men who wear suspenders. But I’d never be so stupid as to lie to a man who wears both a belt and suspenders.
