Fox is brilliant, is the the script you were waiting for 1SO?
Yes.  Fox changes everything and makes the poll very obsolete.

It doesn't make the first option on the poll obsolete.

FroShamBro is mostly correct, though nothing makes up for Darjeeling and about half of Royal and Rocket.

As much as I loved Fox, he's still overrated.

I love Wes Anderson and his movies get better the more I watch them.

He has a sweet touch without being cloying.  I think if I have any nit to pick it's that sometimes his music tastes annoy me.

Oh, and Jason Schwartzmann (sp? shrug, don't care enough) bugs.  I like Darjeeling Limited very much, but have you ever seen the first part?  The part with Natalie Portman in the hotel?  My theory is that this whole scene didn't make the theatrical cut because nobody, but nobody, could believe that she would ever. possibly. have sex with Jason Schwartzmann.  I'm sorry.  There is no universe, no alternate reality, no dimension or any place in this life or the next where that would happen.  It's laughable, disgusting, and wrong.  All I could think of when I watched them kiss was, "Him?..... and.... Her. Ugh. Nope. No way."

Other than that... I think Wes Anderson is magnifique.

Weird! I think Jason Schwartzmann is basically sex personified. He's so smart looking.

Interesting... Smart is not the word I'd use to describe him.  I'd start with "short" and go from there. :D

I'm so predictable.  I always like older taller smarter darker (than me).  Schwartzmann fails in every category but one.

Now I think we have to find a guy we can agree on so we can have harmony.  My fear of conflict and abandonment are gnawing at my peace of mind...

An examination of the brilliant tragicomic rhythms of The Life Aquatic, with some reference to Greenaway's superb A Zed and Two Noughts.

If I have to make tiers, here are the tiers, from amazing to existing.

The Life Aquatic
Rushmore
-
The Darjeeling Limited
-
Bottle Rocket
The Royal Tenenbaums
-
Fantastic Mr. Fox
