People who water their sidewalks.

When people in movies and TV don't eat their cake.

People in movies and TV, holding coffee cups with nothing in it, pretending to drink from it.  The show Bones is probably the worst for this.

I gotta say I love it in Weeds when Mary-Louise Parker pretend drinks the pretend remnants of a non-existant of an iced coffee.

The best real life example of this was a few years back when Xyience, a supplement company, came out with an energy drink that was god awful. Every one hated it, but if you were a fighter sponsored by them they wanted you to drink a can of it during your post-fight interview. A bunch of fighters did it and hated the stuff, but then Kenny Florian came along. He refused to open the can and during an entire interview kept on sipping from an unopened can of the stuff, it was great.

People using that twitter stuff in their Facebook statuses. I get it, you use twitter too, but I don't care. If you're updating your iPhone to 3.0 you can just write that, I don't need the little #iphone os 3.0 bullshit. What the Hell does that pound sign even mean?

# is a way of tagging certain things for easy twitter searching.  also my twitter status automatically updates my facebook status.  this is why you might see tweet memes creeping crossplatform.

"Yea" or "Yah" instead of the appropriate "Yeah". The first is bible-speak and the second is stupid. Know your not-words, please.
