That in Portland, one of the rainiest cities in the world, you can't go to a Target, Walmart or JCPenny in Mid-april and find a kid's raincoat because all they needed room for 17 racks full of swimsuits....UGH

Kid's going to grow out of it in 6 months anyway - heading to the Goodwill Store....

How about just using a garbage bag with holes in it. It's stylish now.

Ugh, yes, that is so annoying - store chains seem to insist there are distinct seasons no matter where in the country the individual stores are located. When we lived in So. Cal - where the seasons are "warm season" and "hot season" - it was impossible to find a "summer clothing" for kids in chain stores Sept-April, even though September and October were often the hottest months.

You're right. Consignment/Goodwill is best!

Highlighting text to copy it. Oops I selected the whole line by accident, try again. ::)

It's one of those things that takes precision, but it's so slow and finicky.

What's even worse is highlighting text that is a hyperlink.

Bass.

The fish or the instrument?

The musical element. As in the part of a song that travels through walls when jerks are cranking their tunes at 1 in the afternoon when I'm trying to take a nap.
