:D

Going from 1° latitude to 50° plus will do that to you! Wait until the winter and then you'll miss the early morning brightness.

To make it worst, about 30 or 40 mins before the sun is up the birds all start making noise. EVERY morning I wake up around 415-430 to the bird noise.  But I see it is still dark outside. I usually manage to fall back asleep for about 30 to 45 mins but then there is just too much light coming in so I am awake for good. I don't sleep well with one of those masks but think I might have to try to find one that is comfortable enough.   Otherwise, I will be awake at 5am everyday

Now that I'm not working evenings my body is one with its circadian rhythms. Which is to say I presently sleep from 10:30p-5:30a every day. I don't even bother setting an alarm for work anymore. Thanks sun!

In other pet peeve news, Minneapolis in many park or main bike path areas has divided bike vs. walking paths. Yet inevitably there are walkers on the bike path. I mean, the walking paths are the more scenic yet here they are clogging the road like entitled cholesterol.
