I'm on vacation! No plans. I'll probably just stay out too late and sleep in everyday and watch some movies. Not really that different than usual except for the sleeping in part.  :)

I am spending the next 5 days in Ohio with friends. The two highlights are sure to be a day at Cedar Point and a pretty awesome grad party. See you folks later!

P.S. Hope you're enjoying your time off, winrit.

I can't see this thread without thinking,

"...all I ever wanted
...HAD to get away
...meant to be spent alone."

I am, and always be, a child of the '80s, and I will stay there until someone drags me, kicking and screaming, into the new millenium.

Woo-hoo!  The San Diego airport has free wifi!  It almost makes up for the hour and half delay for my flight.  Now if I can just find a free outlet before my battery dies...

It's strange how the pictures from my trip to San Diego are from Florida, Alabama, and Georgia.

Here I am in the rain at my 19th state highest point--Britton Hill, the highest point in Florida.

Nearby Enterprise, Alabama, has a monument to the boll weevil, which destroyed the cotton crop causing the locals to switch to growing peanuts, which proved to be much more profitable.

Next to the Krystal at the I-75/US-280 interchange in Cordelle, Georgia, stands a decommissioned Titan I missile on what is ominously labeled "Confederate Air Force Pad No. I"
