That's the one, it also sells the greatest scotch ever made by man or gods (which of course you cant buy in North America :( )...

Where are you off to, Blue?

A 7-day Caribbean cruise with a good portion of my extended family (13 of us in all).  Leaving from Miami, and hitting Cozumel Mexico, Labadee Haiti, Ocho Rios Brazil and the Grand Caymens.

Last year I took a Mediterranean cruise and loved it.  But that was much more my speed.  I love historical places and ruins and such.  So the caribbean is definitely a different kind of vacation.  I'm not much of a beach person so we'll see how it goes.

We seemed to have picked great places to go.  The oil in Cozumel, the violence in Jamaica, and the earthquake in Haiti.  Hopefully everything goes smooth.

The boat leaves port on Sunday, so I'm in transit right now.  I had been living in NYC, so I bought tickets from JFK airport.  When I moved back home to CT, I had to figure out how to get back there.  So I decided to visit the girlfriend in Rochester, NY since there are cheap plane tickets to JFK pretty frequently.  Really my vacation started last week when I got into Rochester.

Anyway, I'll probably be hitting the forums and chat (come talk to me!) most of the night. Since I get into JFK at 10PM and my flight to Miami doesn't leave until 5:30AM.  It'll be a long night.

That sounds fantastic Blue, I hope its a blast. I know how you must feel about the long layover in Miami, I had a one in  Auckland that lasted 12 hours......almost killed me.
