I'm in the process of packing for my second vacation this summer, so you won't hear a lot from me the next ten days or so.

13 days. I hope Lobby doesn't realize she can get along without us.

The Shakespeare Festival is a lot of fun.  I haven't been there for... well, a lot of years.  But I still love Ashland and the festival.

Hmm, Lobby has been gone a few weeks and the good Doctor (Kermode) has also been off for two going on three weeks. Coincidence?

Haha, I wish. :)

BTW I'm back!

I had a lovely, lovely holiday in the mountains (though I'm glad I'm not a vegetarian considering the amount of midgets I've swallowed) but now I'm itching to get back to the darkness of the theatre and then spend some quality time with my computer. Enough of outdoor and healthy lifestyle. Time to get back to geekery!

Going to Montreal in 2 weeks. Any can't miss attractions?

Adam told me once that if I were ever in Montreal I should go to
Holder restaurant, in Old Montreal and try this dessert:
Butterscotch mi-cuit, Maldon salt, butterscotch ice cream.

He said it's insanely delicious.

That's all I know about Montreal, still waiting to get there someday.  Have a great time, Junior!

If you can track down edgar (he's on Twitter), he may be able to point you in the right direction. If I recall correctly, he calls Montreal home.

Gonna be in Seattle from the 29th to the 2nd. Mainly going for PAX (A video game expo). Gonna meet a bunch of online friends there. Should be fun. Also, been wanting to see the west coast for years now.

If you don't see things like this in the Pac Northwest, you're missing out:
