Actually, if I weren't me, I'd be inclined to say Vincent Price's performance is better.

I picked Jack. King Kong made a case as far as technical spectacle mixed with performance went, and Genie was knocking on the door because I could make a strong case for him being the most entertaining character to watch, but Jack had the whole package. Beautiful design, great performance, great character, and great animation.
