The Criterion is coming out in late August. Exactly, so push it back into September so there's time for renters.

How does this sound to you guys? You'll be able to submit a ballot of upto 100 movies, using this scale:81-100 = 2 points61-80 = 4 points41-60 = 6 points31-40 = 8 points21-30 = 10 points11-20 = 12 points6-10 = 13 points5-2 = 14 ponts1 = 15 pointsI think that gives a healthy mix of points towards the top of the ranking, but doesn't hurt the ones at the bottom of the rankings too much. It's open to suggestion of course, but I think that's the route I'll be going down.

Wow-- a lot of work is going into this!Maybe the #1 film should have a little bit more of a kick to it than just 1 point more than 2-5? Picking a #1 is kind of a big deal.
I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.

I'm really looking forward to expanding my Top 20 to a Top 100 — just to see what it'll look like.
