I need another verdict and am open at this point because I know nil about anything left on the list.

Actually, I've heard my friend say great things about Legend of Drunken Master...give me another kung-fu film to match it up against.

I'm in lazy/ignorant mode.  :P

The Blues Harp/Green Fish verdict will most certainly be appearing by sometime Sunday night.
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

We're up to forty completed verdicts, by the way.  :)

Anyone ready for a new matchup?  lotr-sam0711, Melvil, FifthCityMuse, Colleen, Clovis8, Thor, Beth, ... ?

Woot, forty!

I'm hoping to do A Scene at the Sea vs. The Emperor's Shadow, but so far availability of the latter is a problem (I'm trying to scrounge up some seeders).

I've already asked for suggestions for a film to go against Drunken Master. No one has replied yet. Once I write up my lame U.S. Verdict I might just pick one kung-fu movie at random.

Unless someone has a suggestion...

Maybe a Jackie Chan/Steven Chou showdown between a Drunken Master and a Flirting Scholar?

I'll be ready for another pretty soon. I think I'll just do what I did last time and pick one randomly from whatever is in my local video store, and then look to pixote's wonderful guidance in finding it a partner.

No more procrastinating. There will be a Bues Harp/Green Fish verdict posted tonight.
