I will take

Tonight Nobody Goes Home  (Sylvia Chang, 1996, Taiwan) versus Flowers of Shanghai  (Hou Hsiao-Hsien, 1998, Taiwan)

I have the Hou, I hope Pixote can help me to get the Chang.

I haven't forgotten my two (A Petal and The Puppetmaster)! I'll try and prioritize those, so I won't hold up the works!

I'm so lame when it comes to sarcasm, that I didn't even think of that. My post was purely motivated by guilt!

I'm not generally a slap-stick guy, but the imdb review for Flirting Scholar said something like "forget Shaolin Soccer, this is better". And I thought Shaolin Soccer was pretty fun so I figured eh why not. :) I also watched a few minutes of it and chuckled.

:)) Honest Sandy.

I don't know how you did it, but it's awesome that you did. And you're right, it would be sad not to have all the matchups documented after all this time.
