I'm looking for a disposable show to watch something to have on in the background while doing other things, but with the occasional compelling episode. Elementary fit this bill perfectly the last couple weeks, but I've run out of seasons. I tried Justified tonight, but the pilot didn't really do it for me. Any other recommendations from Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu?

I think I'd love how awkward it'd be, or how awkward it should be.

I'm looking for a disposable show to watch...

Limitless and Lucifer both qualify - not sure if they're available on the channels you've mentioned.

As for me:
How to rewatch the early seasons of Skins (UK)? In perfect HD quality and with the wrong music, or as pretty shitty broadcast rips with a big logo, but the original soundtrack intact?
(Just to clarify, I'm not asking for legal advice.)

I'm giving Luther a try, but the editing is so awful. Is that limited to the pilot?

The cinematography is pretty ugly, too, so maybe it's the perfect show to listen to more than to watch.

I would try 'Limitless', a show I really liked. You could also try 'Bones', which has the same appeal, I tend to watch that while doing the ironing ;)
'Justified' is a more intense watch, which requires a more concentrated viewing.

Yes. The jump cut editing in the opening scene is terrible and is never seen again.

I would try and give Justified a few more eps if you can.  What about Master of None? It was breezy TV for me.

I recently got into Stranger Things on Netflix.  I was about to give up on the series after an episode, but the first episode doesn't act like a pilot like a lot of televised series.  After the second episode I was hooked.

How to Get Away with Murder S1, maybe.

I lost interest halfway through S1 and stopped watching.
