Only the last isn't/hasn't been on my top 100. Barry Lyndon will be watched sometime this year, I think.

Sara: Good-bye, father Isak. Can't you see you're the one I love? Today, tomorrow and forever.
Isak Borg: I'll keep that in mind.

1. 2001 : A Space Odyssey (tremble before my originality !)
2. Barry Lyndon (one of those « I just love it » occasions)
3. Eyes Wide Shut
4. Paths of Glory (saw it before even knowing who Kubrick was, thought it was great)
5. A Clockwork Orange (great, but I don't like it as much as many people)
6. Dr Strangelove (and that's exactly how long that title should be)
7. The Killing
8. Full Metal Jacket
9. Lolita

10. Spartacus
11. The Shining

I recognize he is a great filmmaker but I just never cared much for most of his movies. I plainly dislike the last two and there are still two I have not seen.

It took me only 5 years, mañana! (Lesson: Rejection of mañana's instructions = loss of joy.)

2. The Shining
3. Eyes Wide Shut
4. 2001: A Space Odyssey

I saw 2001 in 70mm and great sound.  I'm bumping it to just under Paths of Glory.  A contender for my top list.
