Had my usual run of bloodwork done last week - being diabetic and all it happens several times a year. Today I found out that my HbA1c - the barometer of diabetic health - was down to from 7.0 to 6.0.[Under 7.0 is fantastic for diabetics] So yay for all that "taking care of yourself" hype.....
I probably won't be able to teach the lit class I'm currently scheduled to teach in the spring. It's an "Oops, sorry! We've scheduled too many upper level English classes; you're going to have to teach an introductory writing course" sort of thing. I knew it was too good to be true.
