There's a film professor in the UK, Richard Williams, who has created a blog to help coordinate and teach his students outside of the classroom. Apparently he likes my writing because he has already borrowed a couple of images from me and in one of his recent assignments he highlighted my Il Conformista review as "a critical source with valuable insight into the film that could/should be used as a source."

crazy brits ;)  nice
But I wish the public could, in the midst of its pleasures, see how blatantly it is being spoon-fed, and ask for slightly better dreams.

Thanks all, and I did some digging, and it turns out he's a film and media professor, and the school is St. Bede's Senior School, a boarding school in England. Apparently it's a very well known school, and I'm surprised to say that besides me he's only referenced a couple of other reviews, with the only major name being a review by Kermode. For the Il Conformista paper he's offering bonus points to any of his students who "can present and then analyze" my position on the film. I don't usually toot my own horn, but this is pretty darn cool.

That the waiting line to request Caligula from my public library is 45 people long.
