Rusty and Linus in Ocean's Eleven:

Rusty: You look down, they know you're lying... and up, they know you don't know the truth. Don't use seven words when four will do. Don't shift your weight, look always at your mark but don't stare, be specific but not memorable, be funny but don't make him laugh. He's got to like you then forget you the moment you've left his side. And for God's sake, whatever you do, don't, under any circumstances...
Livingston: Rus?
Rusty: Yeah?
Livingston: Come look at this?
Rusty: Sure.

Classic line from Robin Hood: Men in Tights.

Prince John: And why should the people listen to you?
Robin Hood: Because, unlike some other Robin Hoods, I can speak with an English accent.

From Princess Bride:

The Grandson: [interrupting] Hold it, hold it. What is this? Are you trying to trick me? Where's the sports?
[suspiciously]
The Grandson: Is this a kissing book?
Grandpa: Wait, just wait.
The Grandson: Well, when does it get good?
Grandpa: Keep your shirt on, and let me read.

From Shakespeare in Love:

Philip Henslowe: Mr. Fennyman, allow me to explain about the theatre business. The natural condition is one of insurmountable obstacles on the road to imminent disaster.
Hugh Fennyman: So what do we do?
Philip Henslowe: Nothing. Strangely enough, it all turns out well.
Hugh Fennyman: How?
Philip Henslowe: I don't know. It's a mystery.

Anything else I would suggest has a profuse amount of swearing in it :S

I have to return some videotapes...

And if perchance I have offended, think but this and all is mended: We’d as well be 10 minutes back in time, for all the chance you’ll change your mind.

From 'Waiting for Guffman':

"I had a... hankerin' to be an actor when I was a young feller when I got out of the Coast Guard, but I... I went to taxidermy school instead... well, I took a correspondence course."

From 'Mrs Doubtfire'
Judge: You've been able to fool a lot of people into believing that you're a 60-year-old woman, No easy task. And your little speech seemed to be very heartfelt and genuine. But I believe it to be a terrific performance by a very gifted actor, nothing more.

Many great clips and lines...but the search for new quotes just makes me sad again that we haven't heard the "Matty's Movie Minute" music for so long now!

This better be real. I don't know if I could take it if it weren't.

Oh, it's for real. Sadly it requires me to A) See an extra movie. B) Be articulate. C) Provide an analysis.

Matty just has to talk about a movie for 60 seconds. Not fair.

Dude, it's got to be that backwards hat.

PS: you get to see allll the movies you want when dating...but once the kids arrive, forget it.  You'll know all the words to all the songs on the "Island Princess Barbie" dvd, like it or not.
