It's all about the radio/live streaming CBC at CBC.ca (or radio-canada.ca/nouvelles) my friend.

Really nothing of major effect was said mind you. 'coalition involves the separatists, we were democratically elected, we invited the parties to offer ideas but nothing happened, we invested in this/that, I'm going to work for you because you actually elected me.'

It was about 5 minutes.
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

I know all about it brother. I just didn't care enough to open another tab.

I just don't like that he is saying that the opposition are destroying the democratic process. This is the Canadian democratic process working, whether people like it or not.

Stephen is forgetting that we don't have a presidential system.

I'd be pretty happy with a third hand too.

That was short and pointless (the speech, not your reply Thor).

You are correct on both counts.

I hate Jack Layton more than life itself, but I completely agree with what he said today. This is a said day for democracy in Canada.

It's terribly ambiguous because what the Prime Minister succeeded in doing today is in fact constitutionally legal, but has a bitter undemocratic taste to it. He simply doesn't want to face that vote of non-confidence in the House. A vote he would undoubtedly lose.

I hate going back to it again and again, but I think the 'facade' the Prime Minister is trying to sell is that having the other three parties, who did not win the election and of which is vying for the sovereignty of a major province. That's primarily what those against the coalition are saying.

Where this went wrong was with that sorry excuse for an economic update released last Thursday. Talk about NOT wanting to be cooperative with the opposition in a minority government.

I apologize if this post appears as a tad emotional.
